I’ve lived at Citizen on Jasper for over a year now, and I’m genuinely sad to leave the building because my experience here ... has been incredible. From day one, the staff made me feel welcomed and at home. The amenities are truly some of the best in Edmonton—beautiful, modern, and always well maintained. The gym is open 24/7, which was a huge bonus. The tenants here are also very friendly, and there are so many nice dogs in the building, which creates a warm, community feel. Unlike my previous place, I never had any issues with heating or AC, and there were no unexpected water shutdowns. Even the annual fire alarm testing is done with proper advance notice, which I really appreciated. Maintenance requests were always handled promptly and professionally. The building itself is extremely clean and well cared for. The only area that could use a bit more attention is the dog area, which occasionally isn’t cleaned as it should be—but that responsibility falls on both dog owners and management to enforce the rules more consistently. Overall, I highly recommend Citizen on Jasper to anyone looking for a great place to live. Big shout-out to Saad & Gagan from leasing team, and the maintenance team—especially Landon and Nic—for making my time here so enjoyable. Read More about Citizen on JasperBy: Ian N.
