Our grand lobby provides a warm and inviting atmosphere the second you walk through the door. Enjoy the cozy fireplace, seating area, and coffee bar in the lobby. There's also a full-time concierge, pet spa, and secure parcel area on-site, making it a great place to come home to.

STATE-OF-THE-ART GYM AND FITNESS STUDIO

At Citizen on Jasper, we want to help embrace a healthy and balanced lifestyle. Our fitness centre has everything you need to stay in shape, such as weight-training equipment and cardio machines, and it also has change rooms and showers for your convenience. Our studio is the perfect for practicing dance moves and mind-body movements like yoga and pilates. 

SKY LOUNGE

You can relax and take in the stunning views of the River Valley from our 33rd floor sky lounge. Featuring a cozy indoor fireplace and lounge seating, as well as an outdoor terrace with two fire tables, it's the perfect spot to unwind.

INDOOR AND OUTDOOR CULINARY EXPERIENCES

Whip up a delicious feast in our Demonstration Kitchen or fire up the outdoor grill. Serve dinner in the private dining room or outside on the patio, then take dessert up to the Sky Lounge and enjoy it by the fire while watching the sunset.

OUTDOOR HOT TUB AND TERRACES

Take a soak in the outdoor hot tub, hidden away behind screens and a pergola beneath the trees. Afterwards, enjoy the comfort of one of our outdoor terraces that has fire tables and lounge seating.

At Citizen, you can shoot a game of pool with friends or use the Multi Sport Simulator to hone your golf, soccer, or hockey skills. HEATED UNDERGROUND PARKING, BIKE STORAGE, & SMART PARCEL LOCKERS

Citizen's heated 5-level parkade has secure bike storage on every floor, making it a great option for parking whether you're on two wheels or four. If you're not home when a delivery arrives, your parcels, including large items, will be securely stored in the Smart locker storage room off the lobby.

GUEST SUITE

Because we are positive your guests will prefer their own bed versus sleeping on your couch. Residents can book our fully furnished guest suite for their overnight visitors!
